Experiencing the True Joy of Stewardship
When hearing the word Stewardship, most of us think money. And yet this is far from the truth. Stewardship is not only about monetary giving. Jesus calls each of us to follow him & it's from that love of God that we give of our time, talent & treasure.

Following our Ministry Fair in early September, Father Gus initiated a Stewardship renewal at Saint Joseph....

  Timothy Tansey posted a miracle.
12/23/2023 at 11:52 AM

This miracle is recognized by the church.
Eucharistic Miracle of Lanciano
The most well-known in the Catholic Church.

The miracle took place in the eighth century in a church administered by Basilian monks. One of the priests was doubting the Real Presence. As he pronounced the consecration, the host was transformed into flesh, the wine into blood. The Body took on the form of a heart, and the Blood coagulated into five irregularly-shaped globules. In 1970, the miracle was subjected to scientific scrutiny. The doctors concluded that the flesh was human heart tissue and the blood is human. Both are from the same blood group, AB. Can still be seen today.
