Peter, the person Jesus choose upon whom to build His church, makes it very clear,

"As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another,
as good stewards of God's varied grace."
1 Peter 4:10

"Ministerial leaders are to equip the whole people of God
for their work of ministry."
Ephesians 4:12

Hebrews 10:24–25

    "And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works..."

Peter 4:8

    "Above all, keep loving one another earnestly... show hospitality to one another, without grumbling... as each has received a gift, use it to serve one another."

1 Corinthians 15:58

    "Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain."

Ephesians 2:10

    "There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work. Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good."
